To Plan, Execute, Control and Monitor Project execution successfully and maintain a high level of quality of the work in accordance with the Company’s Policies for the achievement of the Company’s Vision and Mission.

| 3 | Testing and Commissioning of Substation Equipment’s as per the approved methodology. |
| 4 | Timely Preparation and submission of Testing and Commissioning Reports. |
| | Ensuring the submitted test reports are approved & signed off by the consultants/clients. |
| 5 | Solving the problems/issues during the Testing and Commissioning works. |
| 6 | Supervision of the Testing and Commissioning works carried out by the team members and training the team members to carry out Testing and Commissioning works. |
| 7 | Coordination of Substation Testing and Commissioning activity with Clients / consultants / subcontractors. |
| 8 | Preparation of Site Visit Reports, Progress Reports, etc., |
| 9 | Scheduling of Testing and Commissioning Activities. |
| 10 | To ensure the site in progress is clean and well maintained on daily basis. |
| 11 | To keep a proper track on the usage of Test Equipment, materials and tools taken from stores. |
| 12 | Other Job / Assignment as defined by Manager - Projects. |
**Educational Qualifications**
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
**Mandatory Experience**
Onsite experience in Substation equipment testing & commissioning works including but not limited to:
**Experience Sought**
Minimum of 3 - 4 years of similar onsite experience on Substation equipment testing & commissioning works including, but not limited to,
1. Current Transformers, Voltage Transformers, CVTs
2. Cables
3. Switchgears – ACB, VCB, GIS, AIS, Earth switches, Isolators, MCCBs, MCC Equipment, Bus bar
4. Transformers
5. Control & Protection Schemes – CT/VT Secondary/Primary injection, Trip logics, Interlocks, Synchronization schemes, Auto reclosure schemes, Stability & Sensitivity tests
**Other Skills**
Computer literacy, Power System, Electrical Engineering, Knowledge of Basic Electrical tools, Protection Relay Testing, Test equipment knowledge.
