● Lead UX/UI design for our key products like Corporate Banking, Co-lending and many other platforms.
● Translate business/compliance logic into clear user journeys and interface structures.
● Build wireframes, flows, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes (Figma or similar tools).
● Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams to ship intuitive, consistent, and scalable UI.
● Create design systems that bring visual consistency and enable speed across multiple products.
● Conduct user testing, gather feedback and iterate based on both data and intuition.
● Help define product structure, naming conventions and information hierarchy across the platform.
