Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance of power transformers (up to 220kV / 100 MVA or above).
Handle transformer overhauling, oil filtration, vacuum filling, and refurbishment activities.
Perform diagnostic & routine tests such as IR, WR, TTR, Tan Delta, BDV, SFRA, DGA sampling, etc.
Supervise erection, installation, commissioning, and shutdown maintenance activities.
Identify faults, carry out root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.
Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, method statements, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
Monitor project timelines, manpower planning, and material coordination
