Job Description:
Mechanical design and development of distribution and/or power transformers
Preparation of GA drawings, tank design, cover, radiators, conservators, clamps, and accessories
Design calculations for tank strength, vacuum, pressure, lifting & jacking
Selection and specification of materials, fasteners, gaskets, and structural components
Coordination with electrical design, production, QA, and purchase teams
Review of customer specifications, technical drawings, and tender documents
Support manufacturing during prototype, production, and troubleshooting stages
Ensure compliance with IEC / IS / IEEE standards
Handling design changes, deviations, and cost optimization
Vendor drawing review and technical clarification
