1. Role Objective
JOB CONTENT
To provide, under the supervision of Production Manager, operational and supervisory support for all production and quality processes in the facility as per the SOPs and Quality & HSE guidelines established and followed by Voltamp.

2. Duties and Responsibilities
Operational:
1. Provide technical/engineering advice and guidance to personnel on the operation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring highest safety standards, a timely response to queries and minimal disruption to operations.
2. Responsible to organize staff into effective work units, review daily production paperwork, and ensure accurate completion.
3. Responsible to manage personnel time and equipment effectively in maximizing productivity; oversee work order changes and machine setups to ensure quality objectives are met.
4. Ensuring that the maintenance schedule is fully complied and effective in minimizing down time.
5. Responsible to report maintenance and equipment failures to the maintenance in-charge and Production Manager.
6. Liaise with other department for e.g., Purchase and HR divisions in order to ensure smooth operations in manufacturing.
7. Responsible to ensure that all Standard Work Procedures, Policies, and Best Practices are adhered to.
8. Responsible to promote safe work culture and habits.
9. Participate in the staff training and mentorship program in ensuring staff competency and provide input in personnel assessments.
10. Communicate and initiate disciplinary process as and when required.
11. Participate in the Health and Safety Committee and report all accidents or incidents when they occur to the management immediately.
12. Complete any relevant tasks delegated from time to time by the line manager.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in production
Special Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to achieve the project deliverables within the mentioned deadlines with maximum productivity
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in manufacturing operations
- Time management and coordination
Business Understanding:
- This position requires basic level of business understanding
