Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and manage existing relationships within the financial services sector. This individual will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales for our technology solutions, including software products, platforms, and services tailored for banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:
B2B sales: Identify potential clients within the banking, NBFC, mutual fund, B2C Fintech, and corporates. Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects using various tools and strategies.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers within target organizations. Showcase the value proposition of our fintech solutions in addressing specific client needs.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business requirements and suggesting tailored solutions.
Sales Negotiations & Closing: Lead the negotiation and closing process for new business contracts. Ensure successful agreement terms are reached, aligned with company goals and customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings. Provide valuable insights to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings and strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and performance metrics to management. Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields. MBA or additional certifications in sales or fintech is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the B2B fintech or financial services sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the banking, NBFC, mutual fund, and corporate sectors, and how technology can optimize their operations.
Skills:
Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
